Pollock is a white fish species from the Gadidae family. The Alaska Pollock lives in a wild environment, feeds from a natural diet and, for this reason, has a low fat, carbohydrate and cholesterol content, being an excellent source of proteins and minerals.
To make the Pollock fillet into chips, the fish undergoes a salting process. After salting, the fillet is dried in a tunnel with a temperature ranging from 22-25ºC. Finally, the dried, salted fillets are sent to a handling room where they are manually shredded, thus creating the chips.
Soft flavor and delicate texture. Rich in A and D vitamins. Harmonizes with salads, roasts, soups and as dumpling filling.
