Pollock Fish

Pollock is a white fish species from the Gadidae family. The Alaska Pollock lives in a wild environment, feeds from a natural diet and, for this reason, has a low fat, carbohydrate and cholesterol content, being an excellent source of proteins and minerals.

Soft flavor and delicate texture. Rich in A and D vitamins. Harmonizes with salads, roasts, soups and as dumpling filling.

Its versatility allows for grilled, cooked or even fried preparations, in which its meat loosened in chips without bones.
