Bramble Shark

The bramble shark can be found is tropical and temperate waters throughout the world, whereas the bramble shark is almost exclusively an accidental tuna fishery.

The bramble shark is a deep-water shark species from the Echinorhinidae family. It is grayish- and brownish-purple in color and the womb is generally lighter. It has a short snout. Its maximum observed length is 310 cm.

With a striking taste and firm texture, it is rich in iron, zinc, potassium and phosphorus, largely used in Japanese cuisine.
