Panga

Panga is a freshwater farmed fish belonging to the Pangasius genus and Pangasiidae family, within the order Siluriformes. Predominantly cultivated in Southeast Asia, particularly in Thailand and Vietnam, Pangasius—commercially known as Panga in Brazil—offers white meat, a mild flavor, firm texture, and is naturally boneless.

Widely consumed across Europe, North America, and Russia, recognized for its versatility and consistency, making it suitable for grilling, frying, baking, and stewing.

As a white fish, Pangasius is valued for its high protein content, essential minerals, and vitamins D, A, and B1.
