Squid

Rich in vitamin B3, its properties stabilize blood sugar levels, preventing diabetes. The squid or calamar is a sea mollusk with an elongated and cylindrical body with an internal shell, the gladius, triangle-shaped fins that make up two-thirds of the body, eight tentacles with spuns and suckers and two non-retractable tentacles that are used for capturing prey.

We work with products sourced from China, in the Pacific Ocean region, where they inhabit depths between 20 and 250 meters.

It is rich in vitamin B3, supplying energy to the body and stabilizing blood sugar levels, preventing diabetes. Squids are also rich in proteins and minerals such as phosphorus, selenium, magnesium and iron.
